Christian is a former Division I basketball player for Elon University (2013–2017), where he served as team captain as a senior and was a two-time All-Academic honoree in the Colonial Athletic Association. During his time at Elon, he also represented his peers on the Student Leadership Advisory Council, combining his on-court leadership with a commitment to academic and personal development. Christian continues to give back to the athletic community as a board member of the Smile For Josh Foundation, a community outreach organization whose flagship event—the Josh Level Classic—showcases top high school basketball talent from across the region. Now a practicing attorney based in North Carolina and Georgia, Christian brings his legal expertise in real estate and contract negotiation to the Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) space. Drawing on his dual background in athletics and law, he helps athletes understand the fine print of their agreements, plan for long-term financial stability, and confidently manage their professional opportunities.

Chris Ramos brings over a decade of non-profit management and systems design experience to Soar Sports Group. He also serves as VP of Operations at the Neighborliness Center, a non-profit working to ensure every neighbor in every neighborhood has equal access to opportunity.

Chris previously served as Director of Reporting at Polis Institute, which included the evaluation of a 100-million dollar community revitalization effort in Central Florida. He specializes in measuring impact of complex initiatives.

His coaching career includes stops at FGCU, UCF, DeMatha High School, Team Takeover, and Winston Salem Christian. Chris is dedicated to bringing best practices and real-world solutions to organizations and athletes serving marginalized communities.
